REGULAR SEASON STANDINGS
12/17: New England Family Housing defeated Jeremy Hiltz Excavating, Inc. Report from Coach Patten: Todays game went great with all our players staying in their positions and getting open on offense. Marcus Peterson and Spenser Lacasse got players of the game. It was very hard to choose players of the game because everyone did a great job. Scoring for New England Family Housing: Shane Cilley-McNamara, Quentin Dancewicz-Helmers and Christian Thompson scored 2 points a piece. Josh Cronis and Spencer Lacasse scored 4 points each. Ryan Quinn scored 6 points and Top scorer for New England Family Housing is Marcus Peterson with 20 points. Great Job. Scoring for Jeremy Hiltz Excavating: Colby Miles with 2 points, Nate Tucker with 4 points and Brad MacDonald with 8 points. Great Job. Final score: New England Family Housing 40 and Jeremy Hiltz Excavating 14. Thank you Deb Patten and Jen Tucker for doing the books, Dan Douville for running the clock and the referees Justin Tivey and Damien Marinelli. As a special note I would like to thank Tim Bony for his sportman like conduct. Tim and Josh wiped out and Tim stopped to help Josh up. John M. and Mason D. moved the ball well on the point. Camped out on the block was Tyler H. with 8 points. Dylan W. had 6 points. Mike R. and Mason D. had 2 points each. Josh B. had 1 point. New England Family Housing had a great game with Christian Thompson, Quentin Dancewicz-Helmers at guards and Ryan Quinn, Josh Cronis and Shane Cilley-McNamara at forwards and helping out in the guard positions. Zachary Patten and Spencer Lacasse at center and JW Cantwell at forward. Last, but not least, the very impressive Marcus Peterson at point guard. All of you passed very well and did a great job on defense. Ryan Quinn, Spencer Lacasse, Josh Cronis, Shane Cilley McNamara and JW Cantwell all scored 2 points each. Marcus Peterson scored an amazing 21 points. Great job! The final score NEFH 31 points and FONF 19 points. Thank you to the scorekeepers Deb Patten and Jen Monty. We had a very rough looking first period as our team tried to get in their groove. Second period we started to come alive. In the second half Shokal Builders kept us at a dull roar, going shot for shot with us. Good jobs to both teams. Scoring for Shokal Builders was James Shokal with 1 point, Brad Norton with 2 points, Logan Rouille with 3 points and high scorer was Michael Doan with 12 points. Scoring for New England Family Housing Christian Thompson and Josh Cronis both scoring 2 points each. Spencer Lacasse had 4 points, Ryan Quinn with 6 points and high scorer was Marcus Peterson with 14 points. Players of the game was Zachary Patten, Christian Thompson and Josh Cronis. Good Job Guys. Thank you to Gary Cronis for running the clock and Mel Shokal and Deb Patten for doing the books. 1/18: Newfound Jr. Bears defeated Pines 38-13 1/21: New England Family Housing vs. Jeremy Hiltz Excavation, Inc. We finally did it! We set a goal in the beginning of the season to have everyone on the team score and today Zachary Patten scored, achieving this goal. Congratulations team NEFH! We had a great game with NEFH players playing a lot of positions they have not played before. Zachary Patten and Shane Cilley-McNamara played at guard with Josh Cronis and Ryan Quinn playing forward, guard and point guard. JW Cantwell had an awesome game on defense. Christian Thompson and Spencer Lacasse had a lot of jump balls and steals. Marcus Peterson played all positions on the floor from point guard to playing center and the forward position. Players of the game were Marcus Peterson, Ryan Quinn and JW Cantwell. Great job guys! Scoring for Hiltz Excavation was Colby Miles with 2 points and Brad MacDonald with 12 points. Shokal Builders defeated Newfound Junior Bears 26-24 1/28: New England Family Housing defeated Newfound Jr. Bears Awesome game today! Tyler Haskell was high scorer for Newfound Jr. Bears with 9 points. Dacoda McGee scored 6 points and newcomer Angelo had 4 points. Great job guys! Congratulations to all the New England Family Housing team members. Everyone scored in this game, you did a great job on defense and moved the ball around on offense. Scoring for NEFH: Ryan Quinn, Quentin Dancewicz- Helmers, Spencer Lacasse, Josh Cronis, Shane Cilley-McNamara and JW Cantwell all scored two points each. Zachary Patten scored 4 points, Christian Thompson scored 5 points and our high scorer was Marcus Peterson with 26 points! Great job!!! Final score New England Family Housing 45, Newfound Jr. Bears 19 Hiltz Excavating defeated Shokal Builders 1/30: New England Family Housing defeated Pines Our game against Pines ended up being a tough match. Both teams at the end of the first period had 10 points. At the end of the 2nd period we were only up by 3 points, and then only holding them to a 5 point lead at the end of the third. Running our press for only 3 minutes in the fourth period, with our defense really coming alive we only let them score 2 points. Kyle from Pines was having a super game scoring 17 points followed by his teammates Derek and Avery H. both scoring 2 points, Hutch scoring 3 points and Ryan with 6 points. Every time Kyle would shoot Marcus would answer with a shot of his own. Marcus ended the game with an amazing 40 points. Christian Thompson scored 4 points and Zachary Patten scored 2 points. Players of the game were Marcus Petereson and Jw Cantwell. Great Job Guys! NEFHousing 46 points - Pines 30 points 2/4: Hiltz defeated Newfound Jr. Bears New England Family Housing defeated Shokal Builders 42-36 WOW, What a close game! We (NEFH) were ahead by 2 points at the end of the first period, then Shokal builders pulled ahead by 2 at the half. We went up by three in the third period and in the fourth period won by a slim victory, only winning by 6 points! What a fight Shokal builders gave us with some really nice shots. Both the Shokal brothers Justin and James scored 2 points, Ben Gabert with 2 points, Bradley Norton with 6 and Michael Doan with 22 points. Scoring for NEFHousing was Spencer Lacasse, Shane Cilley-McNamara and JW Cantwell with 2 points each, Zachary Patten scored 4 points, playing with a bad cold and still scoring an amazing 32 points was Marcus Peterson. Great job to both teams! Players of the game were Christian Thompson and Ryan Quinn. Thank you to referees Justin Tivey and Victoria Spencer. 12/17: Great Reflections defeated Bristol Shop 'n Save 12/19: Bristol Shop 'n Save defeated Andover Bristol Shop 'n Save got a win with a great team effort! Final Score 22-5. 12/20: Great Reflections defeated Pines Final Score 20-13 1/7: Great Reflections defeated Gilford 1/14: Bristol Shop 'n Save defeated Sanbornton 15-9 Right at the buzzer Kylee Mc Donald sank a 3 pointer. All the girls played really good defense and offense. 1/19: Great Reflections defeated Andover 24-11 Bristol Shop 'n Save defeated Pines 28-9 1/21: Great Reflections defeated Bristol Shop 'n Save 1/26: Great Reflections defeated Sanbornton 1/28: Great Reflections defeated Bristol Shop 'n Save 33-31 This was a great back & forth battle that came right down to the buzzer. Each team made key shots at the end to keep their teams alive. Great show of sportsmanship on both teams throughout the game! 1/31: Bristol Shop 'n Save defeated Andover in Overtime! 2/3: Bristol Shop 'n Save defeated Sanbornton 2/4: Gilford defeated Bristol Shop 'n Save

12/17: Bristol Treasure Chest Consignment Shop defeated 99 Restaurant Gilly's defeated D & D Merrill 1/5: 99 Restaurant defeated Pines 1/6: Gilly's defeated Pines 1/7: 99 Restaurant defeated D & D Merrill Gilly's defeated Bristol Treasure Chest, 20-12 This was a great game between 2 very good teams. Peter Joffre hit 2 amazing shots in a row from way outside to help Gilly's secure the victory. Bryce & Tuan also played great scoring 4 points each and coming up with some key steals. Bristol Treasure Chest got an amazing game from Jack Gosson who hit an incredible shot as time expired. Matt & Kyle also played great with some nice rebounding and blocked shots. 1/9: Sanbornton defeated D & D Merrill 1/14: Gilly's defeated 99 This was a great game - 12-11 was the final with Gilly's remaining undefeated. Both teams played great & 99 player Andrew scored some key baskets to keep his team close. TJ led 99 with 5 points with other points coming from Andrew & Adrian. Peter led Gilly's with 6 and helping out Gilly's was Tuan & Collin pitching in with some baskets. Bristol Treasure Chest defeated D & D Merrill David & Matthew led the way for the Bristol Treasure Chest with 4 points a piece. Kyle played some great defense with multiple blocks & rebounds. Ben also contributed with some great steals - all around great team effort! D & D Merrill played a great game too but just couldn't get the ball to drop. They set some amazing picks and hustled all game long. 1/21: Gilly's defeated D & D Merrill, 12-8 Bristol Treasure Chest defeated 99 17-14 1/25: Sanbornton defeated 99 Restaurant 1/28: Gilly's defeated Bristol Treasure Chest 23-14 99 defeated D & D Merrill 13-7 1/30: Bristol Treasure Chest defeated Pines 18-10 Another great game for Bristol Treasure Chest - probably their best of the season! A true team effort with 5 players scoring and 8 out of 9 players coming up with rebounds. The defense of the Treasure Chest team was stifling and they scored some great baskets. Austin, David & Kyle led the way with 5 rebounds each. Matthew had 6 points, Jack & Ben had 4 each and Jake & Austin had 2 a piece. Tyler had 2 incredible blocked shots and Brandon had a great game at point guard making some nice passes. 2/1: Franklin defeated D & D Merrill Great game tonight that went down to final minute, Franklin scored 2 late hoops to win 14-10. We were severely shorthanded with only 6 players. I was really proud of their effort. Hayden continued his amazing improvement with 4 points and great defense throughout the game. Jake J led the way with 5 points and Jace made his first free throw of the year. Our zone was much more effective and helped us on our 8-0 run in the third. Jack, Garrett and Jake B played tough all night- many times taking on positions that they hadn't tried yet. 2/2: Franklin defeated 99 Restaurant 26-14 2/4: 99 Restaurant defeated Gilly's D & D Merrill defeated Bristol Treasure Chest 19-15 Great game for D & D Merrill - they made some great shots! Jake J had 8 pts., followed by Gabe and Hayden with 4, and Aidyn with 3. Our zone was much more effective. Jace, Garrett and Jake B played their positions much better and Jack pushed the ball up the floor and set some great screens. Bristol Treasure Chest also had a great game - Jack led the way with 7 rebounds & 2 assists. Brandon had some great hustle plays and chipped in with an assist - Tyler also had an assist. Everyone on the team chipped in with at least one rebound!
